We wake up every morning from an alarm on our smartphones, we turn on our HD TVs and sit in front of our Macbook Pros to check our gmail; ah, isn’t life so easy now? Technology has become far more complex from its early years; today, it’s user friendly and poses minimal stress to those who use it. But it wasn’t always this way…

Last week, we gave you a TBT about our favorite things we missed from BBM, but today we take a few steps even further back. Actually, way further back. Back to a time when using a computer was about as complex and stressful as it got.

While there were icons and applications made with the intention of making things clearer and easier to understand, all they did was annoy us, haunting us whenever they displayed.
