This penthouse includes a wide range of facilities such as room service from a neighbouring hotel, spas, gym, squash court etc. It also has a private facility for tasting wine. It has former SAS members guarding it 24 x 7. The windows in the house are completely bullet-proof.

Lakshmi Mittal’s house located at the address – no. 6 Palace Green, London, is one of the world’s costliest houses. Purchased at a cost of $222,000,000, it is said that Lakshmi Mittal gifted this house to his son Adithya in 2008. This house was popularly called ‘Hyderabad House’.
This house was first constructed in the year 1910 using red bricks. This house built over an area of 14,736 sq. ft. consists of 12 bedrooms. It has separate rooms dedicated for artworks, flowers etc.
